WHAT IT IS: A 9"x9" moist-heat, aromatherapy, acupressure pillow for the relief of aches, pain and stress.

HOW TO USE IT: Warm in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. For cold therapy, place in zip-lock bag and cool in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Spot-clean using cloth with mild soap and water.

WHY WE LOVE IT: The flexible size is perfect for targeting specific body parts for relieft from a variety of pain (e.g. cramps, sciatica).
