HOW TO USE IT: Twist the base of the pen counter clockwise to apply cuticle oil to brush. May take a few times to prime at first application. Apply the oil using the brush applicator directly to cuticles and nail, then gently ease back the cuticles using the cuticle pusher provided on the cap.
