Parking is located on the street and we you have access to any available customer designated stall located behind the spa, in front of the Townhouse complex.  Approximate available parking is 23 stalls (Waterside Village residents have their own parking beneath their townhouse units). 

We are currently open Wed 10-6; Thurs 11-7; Fri 10-6; Sat 9-5 and are closed statutory holidays. If you need to schedule or cancel an appointment during days of closure, please email us at appointments@raintreespa.com.

We do require 48 hours notice of cancellations.  As a small business we try our very best to work with our wonderful guests and we are happy to reschedule appointments that need to be adjusted. However, cancellations the day of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of the full service price.  With all of the additional COVID measures in place, and the costs associated with them, we are no longer in a position to accept last minute cancellations without penalty.  We have been under COVID guidelines for over 2 years now and we do need to protect our business so that we can continue to be a place for our guests to safely come during these uncertain times. We sincerely appreciate your support a consideration as we navigate our new reality.
