Lisa McFadden

Owner

As a long time Richmond resident and calling Steveston Village home since 2007, Lisa often heard about the amazing treatments that her neighbors and colleagues experienced at a well-known local gem called the Raintree Wellness Spa. When the opportunity came along to purchase the spa over Christmas 2015 and become a part of an exceptional team of spa professionals, it was an easy choice to make.

With a background in business and medi-spa management, Lisa is looking forward to building new business and connecting with the Steveston community. Lisa and her husband Derek can often be found shopping in the Village, sipping vino on their patio and planning their next trip.

Courtney

Bodywork /spa coordinator

The beautiful Courtney has been with the Raintree team since 2018, first working on our front desk welcoming guests and keeping our day running smoothly and for the last few years has trained as a body practitioner, offering soothing relaxation massages to our weary guests. A mom to two adorable children, Courtney splits the week between home and Raintree and we couldn’t be happier to have her with us. Always expanding her skills and education we look forward to growing our service offerings with Courtney into manicures, pedicures and facials.

Susan

A Stevestonite by birth, Susan had been a regular Raintree guest for years while raising her family, always appreciating Raintree’s attention to detail and the commitment to the highest standards of guest care. A graduate of the Blanche MacDonald esthetics program, Lav B. Brings her previous experience in spa and extensive customer service to her esthetics practice.With her lovely smile and engaging personality, we know Lav will quickly become a guest favourite and we are so pleased to have her on our team.

Shaslin

Shaslin is an accomplished team member having both her Esthetics and medical Esthetics certification.
