In the recent weeks, the ever-changing landscape of the Covid-19 pandemic is affecting all of us, whether its our travel plans, our concern over our family, friends and those especially vulnerable in our community. Health care providers have focused a lot of attention on personal hygiene and by extension the professional standards of all service-based industries. At Raintree, we have always employed the highest standards of sterilization and cleanliness. As part of our extensive training, our team has always had our guests health and wellness as a cornerstone of our philosophy and we will continue to do so by adopting all additional measures that will ensure a clean, comfortable and sterile environment for the health of our staff and you, our treasured guests. If any of our guests have recently traveled or have symptoms of a cold, flu or simply feel unwell, we ask that you call or e-mail us to reschedule your appointment. We also ask, in advance, for your understanding should we need to adjust your upcoming appointments to accommodate the health and wellness of our team and by extension, our community. We available to answer your questions to protect your health and we will continue to keep you informed as we adjust to this ever changing time in our lives.
