We are looking for a new team member to join us this year!
Working alongside Pam, our fantastic Spa Manager, our new Front Desk Coordinator will need top-notch administrative and customer service skills to deliver an outstanding Raintree experience to our guests.
A typical day will see you greeting guests, answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking guests in and out  and offering our legendary tea, shoulder wrap and chocolate service.  Add in some general administrative and spa upkeep duties, our new team member will also become a retail superstar, confident in sharing all of the benefits of our specialized product lines.
Ideally, you will have experience in admin, sales and customer service with a passion for the spa industry, skin care and cosmetics.
